A Collaborators guide to the Galaxy

In a world of working together & sharing information – we have lost sight of what is involved in true collaboration.
Although we've come a long way, today's collaboration is more like cooperation. People see working together as a nice to have more than a requirement. It may be scary but we can overcome the fear of true collaboration if we commitment to change.
I will talk about what to consider when preparing for collaboration, the barriers to true collaboration, and the six key principles that enable collaboration.
This talk will unlock your teams full potential by transforming them from cooperators to collaborators.
