I have nearly twenty years’ experience in software development (am I that old already?), working across all aspects of the process. Over the past ten years I have focused on UX Design and Business Analysis and worked both on the vendor and client side within both public and private sectors. The easiest way to describe myself is that I am a born problem solver. I love breaking down problems into logical parts or extracting requirements and turning these into a seamless user experience.
