This workshop will outline the characteristics of a great product team and also look at:

  • Roles to help projects run well
  • General practices for great team work
  • Artefacts to communicate a team and project vision
  • Specific practices important for strategic work
  • Your own practice plan to take into your own projects to make meaningful work.
